Jerome Baudou

Jerome Baudou has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jerome began their career in 2005 as the Founder and Start-up & New Business Advisor at BSPK.ltd. Jerome then interned at Hermès Paris, where they gained experience in sales and audit. After that, they worked at Martin Brudnizki Design Studio as an Administrator, where they managed office support and implemented financial planning measures. Jerome then joined David Collins Studio as the New Business & Operations Coordinator, where they restructured the administrative team and advised on recruitment.

In 2010, Jerome became the Operations & Logistics Director at Tep, a mobile communications start-up. Jerome developed operational processes and information systems to streamline stock management and customer relations. Following this, they joined Capgemini Consulting as a Consultant and later as a Senior Consultant. At Capgemini, they led agile delivery projects, managed cross-functional teams, and designed target operating models for digital tools.

From 2015 to 2018, Jerome worked at Wonga, initially as a Product Owner and later as the Head of Product Delivery and Agile/Interim Co-CTO. Jerome provided overall product leadership, managed product delivery teams, and focused on enhancing the Flexi-loan product and rebuilding the application journey. In 2019, Jerome joined WorldFirst as the Lead Product Manager, where they led customer-facing tribes and developed a new product vision to surpass competitors. Jerome also collaborated with Ant Financial to refresh the product offering and user experience.

Currently, Jerome is the Programme Lead for TCEU Products at Toyota Connected Europe, starting in November 2019. Jerome is responsible for guiding the development of TCEU products and leading cross-functional teams.

Jerome Baudou has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Luxury Management from ESSEC Business School, earned during the academic year from 2008 to 2009. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Audencia, which they completed between the years 2002 and 2005.
