Lucinda Liu

Lucinda Liu has extensive experience in the field of UX/UI design. Lucinda is currently working as a Senior UX/UI Designer at Toyota Connected Europe. Prior to this, they worked as a UX Consultant & Director at Simple UX Design Limited.

Lucinda also has experience working at Tesco, where they held the positions of Senior UX Designer and UX Designer. In these roles, they focused on improving the in-store experience across digital touchpoints for customers and colleagues. Lucinda also worked on enterprise tools to enhance Tesco's operational efficiency.

In addition, Lucinda worked as a Senior Service Designer at Landsec, where they contributed to the development of a pop-up retail product for the company's retail assets. Lucinda also served as a Lead Interaction Designer at NTT DATA UK, working on the redesign and relaunch of securities services software applications.

Lucinda's earlier experiences include working as a Product Designer at VisualDNA and as a UX/UI designer at Pearson. Lucinda successfully worked on the WHY Analytics Suit, which led to the acquisition of the startup by Nielsen. At Pearson, they collaborated with publishing brands like Penguin and Financial Times to create working prototypes exploring the future of education and publishing.

Before that, Lucinda worked as a Visual Designer at Goldsmiths, University of London, where they handled the visual identity design for conferences and projects. Lucinda also gained experience as a Graphic Designer at Water Cube A-Plus Product Design Studio, where they worked on various design projects related to the Beijing Olympic Games.

Throughout their career, Lucinda has consistently showcased their expertise in UX/UI design and has successfully contributed to the development and improvement of products and experiences within different organizations.

Lucinda Liu pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communication Design from Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology from 2005 to 2009. Lucinda then went on to complete their Master of Arts degree in Design Critical Practice from Goldsmiths, University of London, during the academic year of 2010-2011.
