Joelle Fabri

Joelle Fabri is a seasoned Management and HR Consultant with extensive experience in leadership, business, and human resources strategies. Currently serving as a consultant at Trampoline Consulting sprl since January 2016, Joelle supports teams and individuals in achieving business and personal objectives, particularly during cultural and structural transformations. Additionally, Joelle holds roles as an Associate at TPC Leadership, a Board Member of EMCC Belgium, and previously chaired EGN Belgium, facilitating knowledge exchange among senior executives. Prior to these roles, Joelle was the Human Resources Director for Orangina Schweppes, managing HR strategies and initiatives across various business units, and has held key HR positions in Compaq, Nestlé, and other companies. Joelle's academic background includes a master's degree in Human Resources from Ichec Brussels Management School and certifications in coaching and mediation.
