Dayna Knop has extensive work experience in Human Resources spanning over 15 years. Dayna started their career in 2006 as an HR Administrative Services Coordinator at Sunrise Senior Living/AllianceCare at Home. In 2008, they moved on to Triple Canopy where they served as an HRIS Administrator and later as an HR Generalist until 2011. Dayna then transitioned to Trace Systems Inc. in 2011 and held multiple roles including HR Generalist, HR Manager, Human Resources Director, and Sr. Director, Human Resources & Recruiting until their current position as Vice President, Human Resources, which they began in October 2022.

Dayna Knop received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Wingate University between 2002 and 2006. Dayna also obtained two certifications, including a Professional in Human Resources from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2010, and a SHRM-CP from SHRM in December 2015.
