Lauren Mattson

Lauren Mattson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Starting in 1995, they worked as a Senior Programmer/Analyst/Project Lead at Apprise Software, where they designed and programmed graphical user interfaces and customized software for consumer goods distributors. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Programming Consultant at Accounting Systems Consulting, gaining extensive knowledge in software development and problem-solving. In 2010, they became an Independent Fitness Instructor at the Burlington Recreation Department, specializing in Zumba Fitness and creating interval training classes. Alongside their fitness career, they volunteered at the Burlington Food Pantry from 2011 to 2020, reorganizing inventory and optimizing delivery processes.

In 2015, they started working at TraceLink, initially as an Independent Contract Instructional Designer, creating training materials and learning about the company's processes and applications. Lauren then progressed through various roles, including Instructional Designer, Senior Instructional Designer, and Principal Technical Curriculum Developer, focusing on developing training materials, collaborating with teams, and using various software tools like Articulate Storyline and Microsoft applications. Lauren'smost recent role at TraceLink, starting in 2022, is Director of Customer Education, where they oversee the customer education program.

Throughout their career, Lauren Mattson has been dedicated to creating effective training materials, utilizing their technical skills, and contributing to the success of the organizations they have worked for.

Lauren Mattson obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Computer Science from Drew University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
