Rafiki Soilihi

Rafiki Soilihi's work experience begins in 2000 as a Market Researcher for HI-TECH MARKETING LIMITED. Rafiki then worked as a Market Support Executive for Madge Networks Ltd in 2001. In 2002, they joined AMAZON.FR as a Customer Service Representative until 2006. Rafiki also worked as a Telephone Interviewer for Harris Interactive during this time. From 2007 to 2008, Rafiki worked as a Buying and Inventory Analyst at AMAZON.FR and later as a Telesales Executive at HARTE-HANKS LTD. Rafiki then briefly worked as a Telephone Interviewer at IPSOS-MORI/UGAM INTERNATIONAL in 2008. In 2009, Rafiki took on the role of a Customer Service Representative with NTT EUROPE ONLINE. Rafiki also worked at IBM from 2009 to 2017 in various roles, including EDI Technical Analyst and Project Coordinator. Rafiki's most recent position was at TraceLink, where they started as a Network Success Manager in 2017 and was promoted to Senior Network Success Manager in January 2020.

Rafiki Soilihi began their education in 1995 at Havre, where they pursued a Licence in History and Geography along with a Certificate in English Studies. This program lasted until 1997. Following that, they enrolled at Université Lumière Lyon 2 in 1998 and completed a Master's degree in History and Politics with honors (Distinction) in 1999.

In addition to their formal education, Rafiki has obtained various certifications in different fields. Some notable certifications include "Advanced AI: Transformers for NLP using Large Language Models" and "Next Generation AI: An Intro to GPT-3" from LinkedIn, both obtained in February 2023. Rafiki also holds certifications like "Data Engineering Foundations" (December 2021), "PostgreSQL Essential Training" (June 2021), "SQL Essential Training" (March 2021), and "Programming Foundations: Databases" (October 2020), among others.

Furthermore, Rafiki has completed trainings such as "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 2 Security" (April 2020), "Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts" (March 2020), "Learning Jira Software" (January 2020), "Elasticsearch Essential Training" (July 2019), "XML Essential Training" (May 2018), and became a certified administrator for Track & Trace Services from TraceLink in September 2019.
