Kali Sheridan

Kali Sheridan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and onboarding management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Tractor Zoom since June 2023, Kali leads a team focused on enhancing the customer journey through onboarding, product optimization, and relationship management. Prior to this role, Kali held various positions, including Senior Customer Onboarding Manager at ESO, where oversight of a team dedicated to onboarding Fire Agencies was key, and Director of Patient Access Strategy at UnityPoint Health. With a background in project management and client services across multiple organizations, including Phreesia and Businessolver, Kali has developed a keen ability to manage complex client relationships and improve systems. Kali holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Strategic Communications from Texas Christian University.
