Joshua Groom

Joshua Groom is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management within the logistics sector. Currently serving as a Key Account Manager at TRAFFIX since April 2022, Joshua has honed skills in client relationship management and strategic planning. Prior to this role, Joshua spent nearly a decade at Backhaul Direct as an Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing client accounts and fostering business growth. Joshua holds a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Bloomington, earned in May 2006.
