Barry's main responsibilities include providing strategic and financial guidance to make sure their financial commitments are met. He develops all the necessary financial policies and procedures. He is responsible for the Finance, ICT, Business Change, Procurement, Performance Reporting and North West Foundation teams.
As a member of the Executive team, Barry is not only committed to ensuring the financial stability, but also the overall success of their services for their customers and keeping their colleagues motivated to do the best job they can.
