Graeme Scott

As Executive Director of Development, Graeme has the overall accountability for the property function within THT including asset management, repairs and new built homes. His primary focus is ensuring excellent customer service across each of these areas and all the customers’ homes are at a high standard and meet all areas of compliance. He is also responsible for their development programme which delivers 600 homes per year - 50% of these are affordable homes. When undertaking new developments, He is passionate about creating places where people want to live.
