Sofía Suárez has a diverse range of experiences in talent acquisition and recruitment. 🌸 Sofía most recently worked at Trafilea Group as a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, focused on IT positions such as Technical Managers and Tech Leads. Prior to that, they were a Talent Acquisition Lead at Axxon Consulting, where they developed and implemented agile frameworks and candidate-centered processes for the organization's global delivery services. 🌸 Sofía also served as an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist and IT Recruiter at Axxon Consulting, where they led end-to-end recruitment processes and worked with Agile Methodology. Sofía also has experience as a Recruiter and Shared Service Center Specialist at GhidiniRodil. Sofía Suarez attended Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Psychology.
