Steven Palazzola

Steven Palazzola has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Steven started their career as a Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in 2001. Steven then worked as a Support Analyst at C3i from June 2002 to November 2002, and then at CIBER from November 2002 to November 2004.

From 2004 to 2016, Steven worked as a Senior Application Developer at RightAnswers, where they played an integral role in the core development team. Steven gained expertise in web application development using Java and .Net, focusing on attractive and responsive designs using the latest web technologies.

In 2017, Steven joined State Street as a Lead Application Developer. Steven took on the responsibility of leading front-end development for a unique financial industry news application, collaborating closely with the project UX designer and business team. Steven utilized ReactJS to develop and implement distinctive mobile and desktop interfaces. Additionally, they also worked as a Lead Java Application Developer for State Street Global Exchange.

Most recently, in 2018, Steven became the Director of Engineering at Traliant, where they are currently responsible for overseeing engineering operations.
