Diego Sanz Fenollar has extensive experience in operations and management roles. Diego currently serves as the VP Operations Nearshore at Transcom, where they oversee 500+ employees and implements AI solutions to improve efficiency. Prior to this, they were the Vice President Operations - Nearshore at Majorel, where they developed a new international division and drove significant revenue growth. Diego also worked as the Business Unit Director at Arvato CRM Solutions Iberia & LATAM, where they successfully integrated 600 employees and won five new global clients. Diego also has experience as the Head of Operations at Arval BNP Paribas Group and as the Head of Sales Operations at IBM.
