Tiana Doht

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Facilitator at Translator

Tiana Doht has a diverse range of work experience. Most recently, they worked at Lyra Health as a Mental Health Coach starting in April 2023. Prior to that, in December 2022, they served as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Facilitator at Translator, Inc. In January 2021, Tiana created and facilitated a program called "Transforming Dominant Culture" aimed at increasing effectiveness and resilience in anti-racism and DEI work. They also have experience as a Mental Wellness Coach at Tiana Doht Coaching since November 2017. Tiana's previous roles include Farm Manager at Muleheart Farm / Central Market Restaurant from June 2015 to December 2016, Substitute Teacher's Assistant for Children with Special Needs at Petaluma and Windsor School Districts from November 2014 to June 2015, Plant Label Manager / Horticulturist at The Eden Project from September 2010 to April 2014, Farm Intern at Green String Farm from September 2009 to December 2009, Teacher at The Coop Preschool from January 2009 to September 2009, and Teacher's Assistant at Supreme Education from April 2008 to October 2008.

Tiana Doht has a diverse education history that includes both formal degree programs and various certifications. In terms of their degree programs, they attended Pitzer College and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International and Intercultural Studies. Tiana then went on to pursue a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Communities, Organisations and Social Change from City, University of London.

In addition to their degrees, Tiana has obtained several certifications. Tiana is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) from the Co-Active Training Institute and also earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation. Tiana has further enhanced their skills with certifications in Group Facilitation Skills from Community At Work and Horticulture Level 2 from the Royal Horticultural Society. Additionally, they have completed a program in Sustainable Landscape Design from Sonoma State University.
