Mark Jefferson

Mark Jefferson, M.Ed has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Mark has held various leadership positions in organizations such as TransLink, the Provincial Health Services Authority, City of North Vancouver, and North Vancouver School District #44. Mark'sroles have encompassed a wide range of responsibilities including human resources strategy, organizational development, employee engagement, talent management, labour relations, and policy development. Mark has demonstrated expertise in areas such as recruitment, training, collective bargaining, and employee wellness. Mark has also been involved in budget management, curriculum implementation, and fostering partnerships with various stakeholders. With their extensive background in education and human resources, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership skills to any organization.

Mark Jefferson, M.Ed has a Master's Degree in Counselling & Educational Psychology from The University of British Columbia. Mark also holds a Local Government Administration Certificate in Municipal Government from Capilano University. Additionally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Education and another Bachelor's Degree in Geography/English/Kinesiology, both from The University of British Columbia. Mark has obtained a certification in "Leading the Organization" from UBC Sauder Executive Education in 2023.
