Scott Lee

Scott Lee is currently serving as the Chief Engineer of Innovation and Technology at TranSmart since February 2018. Scott is also the Secretary - President Elect of ITS Midwest, representing the Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio chapter of ITS America. With a background in Civil Engineering, Scott has held various managerial and project delivery roles in companies like Parsons Corporation and Delcan Corporation before taking on leadership positions in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). Prior to their corporate roles, Scott worked as a Traffic Engineer at National Engineering Technology, later rebranded as Delcan. Scott received their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
