Alexis Zubiolo

Alexis Zubiolo has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and machine learning. They have worked as a Lead Data Scientist at Transmetrics, focusing on logistics scheduling and optimization as well as demand forecasting. They also worked as a Machine Learning Engineer at HyperScience, where they were involved in visual page classification and handwritten and printed text recognition. Additionally, Alexis has experience in online advertising as a Data Science Team Lead and Data Scientist at Adcash, where they specialized in machine learning, optimization, data analysis, and recommender systems. They have also worked as a Lecturer at IT STEP Computer Academy, teaching machine learning courses. Prior to that, they were a Ph.D. student and Teaching Assistant at Inria, and also worked as a Research Intern at both Inria and IRIT.

Alexis Zubiolo completed their education with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Computational and Applied Mathematics from Université Côte d'Azur from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they earned both a Master of Science (M.Sc.) and Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degrees in Computational and Applied Mathematics from ENSEEIHT from 2009 to 2012. Alexis began their educational journey at Lycée Blaise Pascal, where they completed the Classes Préparatoires aux Grandes Ecoles program in Mathematics and Physics from 2006 to 2009.
