Gina Galkute

Gina Galkute has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gina began their career at Sterling Lexicon in 2013 as an HR Intern. Afterward, they worked at Sodexo as a Ward Hostess from 2006 until 2015. Gina then returned to Sterling Lexicon, where they held various HR roles, including HR Advisor, Senior HR Advisor, and Interim Human Resources Manager. In 2019, Gina joined Warner Bros. Discovery as a Senior Advisor in People and Culture, later transitioning to the role of People and Culture Business Partner. Most recently, they became the Head of Human Resources at Transport Exchange Group in 2023.

Gina Galkute obtained their BSc in Psychology from City, University of London from 2006 to 2009. Gina then pursued an MSc in Organisational Psychology from the same institution, completing it in 2010-2011. Following this, they obtained an MA in Human Resources Management from the University of West London from 2015 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Gina obtained the EuroTest User (Occupational) certification from The British Psychological Society Division of Occupational Psychology in July 2011. Gina also completed the PG Certificate in Business and Personal Coaching from Barefoot Coaching Ltd in December 2020. Most recently, in March 2021, Gina obtained the International Systemic Team Coaching and TC360 Licensed User certifications from the AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching.
