Wenbin Zhao, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Civil Engineer II - Rail at TranSystems since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HDR from 2019 to 2022 as a Rail EIT.

In addition to their educational accomplishments, Wenbin Zhao obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in June 2022.
