Wenbin Zhao P.e.

Wenbin Zhao, P.E. has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current role as a Civil Engineer II - Rail at TranSystems since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at HDR from 2019 to 2022 as a Rail EIT.

In 2018, Wenbin worked at SENER as a Track Engineer, where they contributed to the California High-Speed Rail project by generating preliminary geometric designs and planning for new alignments and stations. In addition to their educational accomplishments, Wenbin Zhao obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists in June 2022.
