Vitor Cestare is a dedicated recruitment professional with extensive experience in building technical recruiting teams across multiple regions, including the US, Latin America, and Europe. Currently serving as the Founding Technical Recruiter at TrashLab, Vitor developed the recruitment infrastructure and oversees the full-cycle recruiting process. Previously, Vitor held the position of Talent Sourcing Lead at Lunch, where a team was built to recruit for US-based startups.
