Elsa G. has extensive work experience in the marketing and sales industry. Elsa began their career in 2006 as the Marketing Manager for AdobeAir, Inc. where they developed and implemented strategic direction for the U.S. Sales & Marketing Team. In 2008, they became the CMO/VP of Marketing & Sales for AmberAlert.com and was responsible for establishing a long-term business plan and growth strategy. In 2010, they took on the role of VP of Marketing for DMB Realty Network and managed brand, demand, and lead generation for international luxury master-planned communities. In 2014, they became the CMO for DLS - Discount Laptop Shop and was responsible for planning, development, and execution of marketing and sales initiatives. In 2018, they were engaged as President of Akooba, Inc. to evaluate the viability of the company, create a business plan for going forward, and restructure the company for long-term profitability. In 2021, they co-founded LightSale, a fast and simple Deal communication tool. Elsa began working at ASK Consulting Group LLC in 2010 as Partner & CMO, where they worked with startup clients, pre-funding to establish market and product viability to secure financing, and post-funding to direct go-to-market. In 2022, they began working as COO for Monarch Detox and Chief Marketing Officer for TRAZER, a physical rehabilitation technology that combines immersive simulation, motion capture analytics, and reaction-based challenges to help every body move better.

Elsa G. attended the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General. Elsa also attended Arizona State University from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a B.A. in Communication. In March 2021, they obtained a Business Analytics: From Data to Insights Online Certificate Program from Wharton Executive Education.
