Clare Lawley

Clare Lawley has extensive work experience in the field of HR. Clare is currently the APAC HR Director at Trek Bicycle since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Snowy Hydro Limited from 2011 to 2022, holding various roles including General Manager People and Wellness, Manager People Relations, Manager- Performance and Remuneration, Senior HR Advisor, and HR Officer. Before Snowy Hydro Limited, Clare worked as an HR Advisor at Serco Sodexo Defence Services from 2010 to 2011 and as a People & Performance Manager at Deloitte Australia from 2007 to 2010. Clare also served as a Human Resources Manager at Outward Bound Australia from 2005 to 2007.

Clare Lawley obtained a Bachelor of Commerce & Honours in Business Economics with a focus on Human Resources & Organisational Psychology from the University of the Witwatersrand between 2000 and 2004. In August 2016, they also obtained a Level 1 Executive Coach certification from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).
