Josh Altmann

Josh joined Trez Capital’s Equity Investments team in 2022 as an Associate. In his role, he leads the financial analysis process for investment and development opportunities, and supports the monitoring and analysis of ongoing asset and operating partner performance.

Prior to joining Trez Capital, Josh worked as an Associate with the Real Estate Corporate Banking team at BMO Capital Markets, where he supported with deploying bank capital in over $20B of corporate credit transactions for the largest tier of North American Real Estate clients.

Josh holds an Honors Business Administration (HBA) degree from Ivey Business School and a Bachelor of Engineering Science (BESc) degree from Western University.
