Graham S.

Graham S. has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Graham started their career as a Personnel Officer at Creative Support in 2008 before moving on to Sheffield City Council as an HR Assistant in 2009. In 2010, they joined Tribal Group as a Human Resources Assistant, where they gained experience in managing a large global L&D budget and utilizing HR information systems for analytics. Graham later took on the role of Generalist Human Resources Officer at Tribal Group, where they worked with various industries and focused on performance management, employee relations, TUPE, and organizational restructuring. From 2015 to 2018, Graham served as an HR Business Partner, managing a team and working closely with stakeholders to attract, develop, engage, enable, and retain talent at Tribal Group. In 2018, they were promoted to Head Of Talent (Acquisition & Development). Throughout their career, Graham has been involved in projects such as employee engagement, social media, EVP development, and management development. Their expertise lies in talent acquisition and development, HR analytics, and HR budget management.

Graham S. completed their education at Sheffield Hallam University from 2011 to 2014, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Human Resource Management. Prior to that, they attended The University of Salford from 2004 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business & Law. In addition to their formal education, Graham S. has also completed several certifications, including "Everything as a Service (XaaS) is the Future of Business" and "Cloud Computing Careers and Certifications: First Steps" from LinkedIn in February 2022 and January 2022 respectively. Graham also obtained the certification "How to Be a Good Mentee and Mentor" from LinkedIn in January 2022.
