In 2010, Steve joined Veoneer as the Global Business Unit Director for Active Safety Electronics, where they were responsible for the growth and profitability of the Honda business unit. Steve successfully grew the business from $9 million to $130 million and established it as the largest customer account at Veoneer. Steve also oversaw development with Honda in Japan and the U.S.

In 2017, Steve moved to Autoliv as the North America Business Unit Sales Director for Honda. During this role, they managed Autoliv's largest customer, developed an expansion strategy that increased sales by over 30% annually, and implemented a profitability improvement plan. Steve also played a crucial role during a labor strike in Mexico and implemented key performance indicators to drive organizational improvement.
