Jorge Santos

Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Triden Group

Jorge Santos has worked in the technology field since 1999. Jorge began their career as a Telecommunications Technician in the United States Air Force. In 2003, they transitioned to a Network/Telecom Engineer role at Garfield Medical Center. From 2007 to 2011, they were a Network Engineer at Loma Linda University Medical Center. In 2011, they moved to a Senior Infrastructure Engineer role at Loma Linda University Murrieta Medical Center. From 2016 to 2022, they worked as a Network Engineer at ConvergeOne. Currently, they are a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at Triden Group. Throughout their career, they have gained extensive knowledge of Cisco concepts such as NAT/PAT, QoS, VLAN, CDP, HSRP, and routing protocols such as BGP, EIGRP/IGRP, OSPF, and RIPv2. Jorge has also managed and programmed Nortel DMS-100 Switch/MSL-100, installed T1/T3/DS3 circuits, and terminated fiber optic and copper cables.

Jorge Santos obtained an Associate degree in Electronic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force and a BS in Information System from Westwood College. In 2014, they obtained a Cisco Certified Network Professional certification from Cisco.
