Johan Hane

Johan Hane has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Johan is currently serving as the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Trifilon since February 2022. Prior to that, they founded and operated JMH Business Advisor & Coaching AB as the Founder/CEO from March 2013.

From March 2018 to February 2022, Johan Hane worked as the CEO of Nordier Property Advisors. Johan also worked at CANEA Consulting Group as a Sales Executive/Management Consultant from August 2014 to March 2018.

Before that, Johan Hane held the position of Interim CEO at Ikett Personalpartner AB / AS / ELEKTRO from April 2009 to January 2013. Johan also founded and served as the CEO of Arigo Consulting S.L, a management consultancy company providing services like Change Management and Interim Management to Swedish clients in Spain, Madrid, and Barcelona, from February 2004 to April 2009.

Earlier in their career, Johan Hane gained valuable experience as Director Sales & Business Development/CMO at Cisco Systems from November 1995 to January 2004. Johan also served as the CEO of Borland from March 1991 to November 1996 and worked at Unisys AB as a KAM/BDM/Product Manager from July 1982 to March 1991.

Johan Hane's education history starts in 1982 with a four-year period of study at an undisclosed school where they pursued computer science. Johan then attended IHM Business School from 1993 to 1994, achieving an EDIHM equivalent to an MBA or Executive Management degree, specializing in Verksamhetsledarskap (Business Leadership). In 2012, they completed a NLP coaching certification program at INLPTA and a training program in Texas, USA, called "Keys to the Vault" by Keith Cunningham, focusing on Företagsförvärv (Corporate Acquisition) and Due Diligence. Finally, in 2017, they received a certification as a Styrelseledamot (Board Member) from Styrelseakademien.
