Trilogy Writing & Consulting, an Indegene Company, is a specialized medical writing company that prepares regulatory documentation for the international pharmaceutical industry. We have a hybrid or in-office vacancy in our North America office (Durham, NC) for a:  

Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist 

We are looking for an outgoing and proactive person to strengthen Trilogy’s brand and establish relationships with new clients for Trilogy’s services. As a Senior Marketing and Communications Specialist, you will have full responsibility for marketing and communications tasks and activities. This role supports the Corporate Communications department in all types of activities performed by the department. 

Applicants must have: 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Marketing or Communications
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as a Marketing and Communications Specialist preferably in a biotech, pharma, or CRO environment.
  • High level of knowledge or experience using CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Basic knowledge or experience using designing software applications (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Experience with Canva for designing marketing materials and social media graphics.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems (CMS).
  • Proven track record of creating compelling content and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with WordPress (Website updates and maintenance)
  • Excellent understanding of marketing and communications principles
  • Excellent understanding of business and economic principles
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Willingness and ability to travel ~25% to attend industry-related conferences.
  • Preferably, good understanding of clinical development and the types of documents Trilogy writes for its clients in this context.
