Carlos Lechuga is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end dining and hospitality. Currently serving as the Executive Chef at Troon Country Club since December 2021, Carlos previously held the same position at MCCORMICK RANCH GOLF CLUB, INC. from November 2019 to December 2021. Prior to that role, Carlos worked as a Banquet Chef at Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia and as Executive Sous Chef at Troon. Carlos Lechuga earned a Bachelor's degree in Hotel, Motel, and Restaurant Management from Le Cordon Bleu Scottsdale from 2007 to 2011.
