Susan Austin

Susan Austin is a Senior User Researcher at TrueAccord. Prior to joining TrueAccord, they were a Principal User Researcher at Telm.ai from January 2021 to December 2021. At Telm.ai, Susan performed foundational research at the early stages of the start-up to discover and validate product direction of the ML/AI driven Data Quality platform. Susan also led design reviews to push UI development to a more user-centric approach.

From December 2019 to December 2020, Susan was a Senior User Researcher at Robert Half, where they led research across platforms for this global staffing company. During their time at Robert Half, they created research plans to define objectives and testing methods, executed all phases of research, analyzed qualitative and quantitative data and presented findings.

Before joining Robert Half, Susan was a User Experience Researcher at OpenText from September 2013 to November 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Consultant at Enterprise Integration Group, Inc from April 2000 to September 2013 and Chief of Staff-Network Engineering at AT&T (SBC) from January 1996 to March 2000.

Susan Austin received their BA in Mathematics and Government from Smith College.

They work with Attila Illes - Sr. Product Designer, Benjamin Blinn - Product Designer, and Ami Sampat - Content Specialist. Their manager is Shannon Brown, Director, UX.
