Margot Harris

Margot Harris, MBA, currently serves as a Human Resource Business Partner at TrueML, a position held since July 2021, after progressing through roles including Associate Human Resources Business Partner and Human Resources Generalist. Prior to joining TrueML, Margot Harris accumulated extensive experience at Target from September 2008 to July 2021, where roles included District Administrator, Human Resources Team Leader, and Human Resources Team Member. Margot Harris holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from LSU Shreveport, a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Newman University, and an Associate’s Degree in Communication from Cowley College.
