Jeff H. has a diverse and extensive work experience in the digital and banking sectors. Jeff is currently working at Truliant Federal Credit Union as the Chief Digital Officer, responsible for leading the digital transformation and overseeing the organization's digital experience and business transformation. Prior to this role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Digital Experience & Business Transformation and Vice President of Digital Innovation at the same company.

With their extensive experience in digital transformation, product management, and strategic leadership, Jeff H. brings a wealth of expertise to their current role as Chief Digital Officer at Truliant Federal Credit Union.

Jeff H. has a Master of Science in the Management of Information Technology from the University of Virginia, with a field of study in Information Technology. Jeff also has a degree in Fintech - Future Commerce from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, specializing in Fintech Technology, Product Development, and Product Strategy. Jeff attended the Wake Forest University's BB&T Banking School, but the degree obtained is unspecified. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
