Paul Shamansky

Paul is their Senior Vice President, of Operations for the US for Everise. He is responsible for commercial and healthcare clients’ operational delivery and service, supporting over 3,000 employees over seven sites across the country. With over 20 years of leadership management experience within this industry, Paul brings vast knowledge and expertise in operational performance and client management. Before his roles in the contact center and BPO industry, Paul served as an officer of the United States Army for four years between 1992-1994.
