Kelsey Sheldon has a diverse work experience ranging from sales and account management to coaching and customer service. Kelsey started working at CryoUSA in 2015 as an Executive Assistant Project Liaison and worked there until 2019. During this time, Kelsey gained experience in project coordination and administrative tasks. In 2019, Kelsey joined Life Time Inc. as a Member Services Specialist, where they provided excellent customer service and support to members. Kelsey then transitioned to Texas Spurs in the same year, taking on roles as a Certified Personal Trainer and Academy Soccer Coach. Kelsey's coaching skills extended to soccer, where they coached youth players at Texas Spurs Academy. In 2020, Kelsey joined Soccer Innovations as a Sales Representative, where they were responsible for generating sales and building client relationships. Kelsey's most recent role was at TrustCloud as a Trust Management Specialist and later as an Account Executive, starting in 2021. Throughout their career, Kelsey has demonstrated versatile skills in account management, sales, coaching, and customer service.
Kelsey Sheldon received a Bachelor of Science in Human Health and Performance from Northeastern State University, which they attended from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at Nicholls State University from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science in health/human performance.
