Rebecca Boynton Dye

Rebecca Boynton Dye is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Division Human Resources Director at Trutech Wildlife Service since March 2021, Rebecca has previously held significant positions such as Human Resources Director for the Southeast Region and Europe at REEF PARKING, and Regional Human Resources Manager at Lanier Parking. With experience at Sears Holdings Corporation and Ross Stores, Inc., Rebecca has developed expertise in managing diverse HR functions, including recruitment, member technology, and regional operations. Rebecca holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development from Northeastern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Western Illinois University.
