Guy Millard

Guy Millard has a diverse work experience spanning a range of industries. Guy began their career as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer at BAE Systems in 1994. Guy then transitioned into a role as a Strategy Consultant at Accenture in 1998, where they worked for seven years. In 2006, they joined L.E.K. Consulting as a Senior Engagement Manager, a position they held until 2010. Since then, Millard has been working at TT Electronics plc, where they have held various roles of increasing responsibility. Guy started as a Strategy and Corporate Development Executive and then moved into business development and management positions within the Sensors BU. From 2013 to 2014, they served as the Vice President and General Manager of the Sensors BU. Guy then led the Power & Hybrid BU from 2014 to 2018 and the Resistors BU from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President Strategic Programmes at TT Electronics plc.

Guy Millard earned a Master's Degree in Finance from the London Business School in the year 2005. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Aeronautical Engineering at the University of Bristol from 1990 to 1994.
