Lois Hickman

Lois Hickman is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in CRM and email marketing. Currently serving as Senior CRM Manager at TUI since February 2023, Lois has previously held key positions including Founder & Teacher at Precious Bond Hypnobirthing since December 2016, where the focus is on educating and empowering expectant parents. As CRM Manager at Joules from August 2017 to February 2023, Lois significantly increased email revenue and database size. Prior roles include CRM Automation Manager and eCRM Campaign Executive at Thomas Cook, Digital CRM Manager at Bauer Media, and various marketing roles at Pointon York Sipp Solutions Ltd and Aaron+Gould. Lois holds a BA in History from the University of Exeter and A-Levels from Robert Smyth School.
