Ali Yüksel

Ali Yüksel is a seasoned software development manager at Turkcell Technology, leading a team of 15 in the development of high-volume data processing solutions for billing systems since February 2016. Previously, as a product owner for billing portals and revenue sharing systems, Ali Yüksel collaborated with cross-functional teams to refine business ideas and prioritize squad backlogs. Ali Yüksel also served as a senior technical business analyst, delivering technical specifications to guide development efforts. Prior to these roles, Ali Yüksel gained extensive experience at Turkcell, first as a senior process and data engineer, focusing on mobile number portability and data management, and earlier as a process and data engineer specializing in tariff and offer applications. Ali Yüksel holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi and an MBA from Bahcesehir University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Engineering at Bahcesehir University.
