Kevin Tsay

Kevin Tsay has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kevin is currently working as the Director of Program Management & Product Strategy Operations at Turnitin. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Manager at USAFacts, where they created strategic roadmaps and launched high-traffic features. Kevin also developed a process for project prioritization. Kevin has also served as a Guest Lecturer at Lebanon Valley College and held multiple positions at Amazon, including Program Manager and Business Analyst. Kevin has experience in operations, quality management, and data analysis. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Strategy & Impact Manager at Chicago Public Schools and as a Programs Operations & Analytics Consultant at Embrace. Kevin also has teaching experience as an Elementary School Teacher at Albemarle Road Elementary School and as a Teacher at Breakthrough Collaborative. Kevin began their career as an Instructor at Princeton Tennis Program, where they taught lessons and coordinated tennis camps.

Kevin Tsay obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Educational Studies, Organization & Human Resources from Washington University in St. Louis from 2004 to 2007. Kevin then pursued a Master of Public Policy degree at Duke University Sanford School of Public Policy from 2010 to 2013.
