Paul Griffiths

Paul Griffiths has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul is currently the Product Lead for Remote Proctoring at Turnitin, where they are responsible for product management of two remote proctoring products. Prior to joining Turnitin, Paul worked as a Senior Product Manager at ProctorExam, where they played a key role in supporting the growth of the company during the COVID-19 pandemic. Paul also worked as a Product Manager at FindHotel, leading a cross-functional team and collaborating with global partners to optimize accommodation deals. Before that, Paul held various roles at IHS Markit, including Senior Software Developer, Technical Product Owner, and Development Team Lead, where they built API and adaptor products and created innovative revenue-generating solutions for financial institutions. Paul also has experience as a Senior Software Developer at Compuware and SCISYS PLC, and started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Gijima.

Paul Griffiths has a Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering from Nelson Mandela University, obtained from 1997 to 2000. Paul also completed various certifications and specializations in the field of digital product management, agile development, and leadership from institutions such as Boston University Questrom School of Business, MIT xPRO, Scrum.org, University of Virginia Darden School of Business, Delft University of Technology, and University of Alberta. One of their recent certifications is in Designing and Building AI Products and Services from MIT xPRO in 2022.
