Jennifer Covello, PhD has a diverse work experience. Jennifer is currently working as an Analytical Development Scientist at Turnstone Biologics since January 2023. Previously, they worked as a Process Development Scientist I at Immatics from October 2021 to January 2023. Prior to that, they were a Postdoctoral Fellow at MD Anderson Cancer Center from February 2021 to October 2021. Jennifer also has experience as a Doctoral Student at City of Hope from August 2015 to February 2021. Furthermore, they worked as an Undergraduate Biomedical Researcher at the University of California, Riverside from March 2014 to June 2015 and as an Undergraduate Molecular Plant Biology Researcher from June 2013 to March 2014. Jennifer began their academic journey at Chaffey College from 2008 to 2013, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Biology, General. Jennifer then continued their studies at the University of California, Riverside from 2013 to 2015, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General. Jennifer proceeded to pursue a higher degree at the Irell & Manella Graduate School of Biological Sciences from 2015 to 2020, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Oncology and Cancer Biology. Additionally, they also undertook a certificate program in bioscience management with a focus on regulatory affairs at the Keck Graduate Institute from 2018 to 2020.
