Nipun Dave

Nipun Dave has an extensive work experience with various companies and roles in the technology industry. Nipun started their career at EPFL as a Summer Intern, where they worked on improving the performance of an absolute position sensor. Nipun then joined MoFirst Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as a Core Team Member, focusing on enabling banking transactions through mobile phones.

Afterwards, Nipun joined BMW as a Student Developer, working on a project with the BMW Technology Office. Nipun later interned at LinkedIn and had a positive experience, leading him to join the company as a full-time Software Engineer. During their time at LinkedIn, they worked on a range of products, including "Who Viewed My Profile", Promotions Framework, and Endorsements. Nipun also served as a Senior Software Engineer and Engineering Manager before becoming a Senior Engineering Manager.

Nipun's next position was at Affirm, Inc., where they served as the Director of Engineering. Their main focus was on creating simple, transparent financial products that benefited users, starting with enabling financing for online purchases. Nipun then moved on to Flexmoney Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they became the Head of Engineering. Here, they worked on building the infrastructure for accessible and scalable credit solutions in India.

Currently, Nipun is the VP of Engineering at Typeface, a company that aims to empower individuals to transfer their creative ideas into real concepts through their application. Their career has spanned various roles and responsibilities, showcasing their expertise in engineering, management, and product development.

Nipun Dave obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where they earned a Dual Degree in Electrical Engineering. Nipun attended this institution from 2004 to 2009. Before entering university, Nipun attended Mithibai College from 2002 to 2004, but the degree name and field of study during this time period are unknown. In addition to their formal education, Nipun Dave obtained a certification in Conscious Business from LinkedIn in July 2014.
