Edgar Obuluk

Edgar Obuluk is an experienced professional in monitoring, evaluation, and data management, currently serving as a Management Information Systems/Research Associate Consultant for USAID SITES since July 2023. Prior to this role, Edgar was a DART Technical Advisor for Samaritan's Purse, overseeing disaster response programmatic activities, and worked as a Data Analytics Fellow at Tracked Ltd. Additionally, Edgar contributed as a Listing and Mapping Consultant at the International Potato Center, and held various positions in monitoring and evaluation with organizations such as the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation, Global Health Corps, and Catholic Relief Services. Edgar's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics and Statistics from Makerere University.
