Lakisa Leake

Lakisa Leake is an accomplished instructional designer with extensive experience in developing training programs for various organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at U.S. Bank since September 2025, Lakisa previously held the position of Senior Instructional Designer at Charter Communications from September 2022 to September 2025, where significant contributions were made to enhance the sales training program and implement change management strategies benefiting over 2,000 employees. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Instructional Designer at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from January 2020 to September 2022, focusing on training strategies for a diverse workforce. Lakisa holds a Master’s of Science in Adult Education-Human Resources Development from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University and a Bachelor’s of Arts in Mass Communications from Winston-Salem State University. Additionally, enrollment at Central Piedmont Community College is in progress.
