Marco Leon

Marco Leon is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in wealth management and digital user experience. Currently serving as the Head of Design for Wealth Management at U.S. Bank since November 2021, Marco previously held various director-level positions at UBS from March 2012 to November 2021, focusing on digital experience and user interface design across global wealth management and investment banking. Notable achievements include leading transformative UX projects that modernized investment bank research products and improving internal and customer-facing applications through user testing. Prior to UBS, Marco worked as a UX Consultant and Manager for several firms, including a significant tenure at Florida Power & Light managing an E-Learning Technology Team. Marco began career development at Citi as a UI Lead and holds a degree in Computer Science and Business Management from Instituto Tecnológico de Morelia.
