Paul Shute

Paul Shute has extensive experience at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where roles have included Assistant Deputy Under Secretary, Director of Benefits Automation, Director of Operational Innovation, Chief of Operational Innovation, Lead Management and Program Analyst, Program Analyst, Business Applications Analyst, Rating Veterans Service Representative, and Veterans Service Representative since November 2008. Additionally, Paul participated in the Excellence in Government Fellows program from April 2018 to March 2019, focusing on leadership development for federal employees. Paul holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota.
