Joanie Harmon

Joanie Harmon has a diverse work experience in communications and writing. Joanie started their career at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2003 as a Writer and later transitioned to the role of Writer in University Communications and Public Affairs. In 2012, they joined the UCLA School of Education and Information Studies as the Director of Communications. Joanie also served as the Director of Campaign and Strategic Communications until 2021. In 2015, Joanie worked as a Freelance Writer for the Cotsen Foundation for the Art of Teaching.
