Currently serving as the Director of Food and Nutrition at Morrison Healthcare, Richard previously held the position of Director of Culinary Services at Atria Senior Living. A career that began in 2008 includes roles such as Chef De Cuisine at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento, Sous Chef at esteemed establishments like Yard House Restaurants and Lazy Dog Restaurant & Bar, and numerous kitchen positions at Thunder Valley Casino Resort and Legends, among others.
