Alan Ladwiniec

Alan Ladwiniec began their work experience in 1992 as a Control Systems Engineer for NASA, where they played a crucial role in a major automation upgrade project. Alan then moved on to Anheuser-Busch in 1996, where they served as a Technology Manager and later as a Maintenance Group Manager. In these roles, they supervised maintenance routines and managed a group of tradespeople. In 2005, they joined Bayer HealthCare as a General Engineering Supervisor, where they developed technical and engineering programs and contributed to maintenance budget development. Lastly, since 2013, Ladwiniec has been working as an Associate Facilities Director at UCSF Medical Center, where they support the Facilities Director in developing maintenance protocols and helps manage human, financial, and physical resources.

Alan Ladwiniec obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the University of Silicon Valley. Alan later pursued a Master's degree in Computer Information Systems at Golden Gate University.
