Deanna Koppenhofer

Deanna Koppenhofer has a diverse and extensive background in human resources. Their most recent position was as the Vice President of Human Resources at UGI Corporation, where they oversaw HR operations for the company's natural gas and electric utilities, as well as UGI Energy Services. In this role, Deanna led a team that supported over 2,650 employees and successfully developed a benefits strategy that resulted in flat renewals for two consecutive years. Deanna also played a key role in promoting diversity and inclusive leadership within the organization, including their involvement as a founding member of the first Black ERG (Employee Resource Group) called BOLD. Additionally, Deanna served as the Vice-Chair of the American Gas Association (AGA) HR Committee and was the Chair of the AGA Workforce Development Task Group. Prior to their time at UGI Corporation, Deanna held various HR leadership positions at organizations such as Calvary Lutheran Church, UGI Utilities, BDP International, Crane Payment Innovations, MEI Incorporated, and QVC Inc. Their areas of expertise include HR strategy, talent management, compensation, performance management, and HR metrics.

Deanna Koppenhofer holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Personnel & Industrial Relations from the University of Kentucky. In 2014, they completed the Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) course at Villanova University. Deanna also received certifications in Caliper, the Profile Method of Job Evaluation, Voices® 360 Feedback, and the WorkPlace Big Five Profile™. Deanna attended Sacred Heart Academy but did not obtain a degree there.
